Will’s passion for travel began early, when he set off on his first overseas adventure at the age of 11 to trek in Nepal. The experience left a lasting impression and sparked a lifelong curiosity about the world that continues to shape his career today.

Since then, his travels have taken him widely across the globe. He spent a gap year teaching and exploring throughout South East Asia, studied abroad for two semesters in Indiana and the Netherlands, and later travelled extensively through South and Central America. Along the way he developed a deep appreciation for discovering new cultures and landscapes at a slower, more immersive pace.

After beginning his career in advertising, Will combined his love of travel with work by guiding tours across Europe and Asia. He spent four years leading travellers through a diverse range of destinations, sharing his enthusiasm for history, culture and local experiences.

During one off-season he walked the Camino Francés in Spain and discovered first-hand that the stories about the pilgrim experience were absolutely true. He has also experienced several UTracks journeys including the guided Tour du Mont Blanc hike and the Croatia Bike & Sail trip, travelling alongside his wife Adrienne.

Will is particularly drawn to the culture and character of Eastern Europe and is always looking for an excuse to return and explore more of the region on foot. Today he leads the marketing team at UTracks, helping inspire travellers to discover Europe’s most rewarding walking and cycling routes.
