Anthony Boutoubia

Anthony is a self-confessed Francophile whose enthusiasm for France is hard not to catch. From its regional food and wine traditions to its layered history and iconic pilgrimage routes, he brings genuine passion and first-hand knowledge to helping travellers plan the right European walking or cycling adventure.

While France is his clear specialty, Anthony is also well versed in travel across Italy and the United Kingdom, with a particular interest in historic routes, religious and pilgrim sites, and culturally rich itineraries. He has travelled extensively through France, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Czechia and Hungary.

In his role in Reservations, Anthony supports travellers with expert advice across a wide range of European destinations, with particular strength in private and exclusive group enquiries and trip planning support. His deep destination interest is matched by a love of the small details that make a journey memorable, whether that’s a historic old town, a meaningful pilgrimage stop, or a long lunch in a regional wine village.

Anthony has returned to France multiple times and always seems to uncover a new favourite corner. One ride high on his list is the Atlantic Coast Cycle from La Rochelle to Bordeaux, combining scenic riding with some of his favourite things - coastal landscapes, outstanding food and exceptional wine.
