Nicola lives and breathes travel! Having travelled to every continent and explored more than 20 countries across Europe, she brings genuine first-hand insight to her role as Sales Manager at UTracks. From cycling and hiking in alpine landscapes to discovering hidden village guesthouses, Nicola understands how transformative active travel can be.

Her European travels have taken her through Albania, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey (phew!). Recent highlights include hiking the caldera trail from Fira to Oia in Santorini surrounded by spring wildflowers, celebrating the New Wine Festival in Eguisheim in the Alsace, cycling and swimming on warm September days at Lake Annecy, and being welcomed like family at a guesthouse in Berat, Albania. Closer to home in the UK, she has camped on Wales’ Gower Peninsula and walked the sweeping sands of Rhossili Bay.

Nicola’s favourite UTracks experiences include walking the final 110km of the Camino de Santiago, completing the Mont Blanc Guided Walk, cycling on the Loire Valley Bike & Barge, and exploring the coastal trails of Cinque Terre, Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast. While her global adventures span the Galapagos, the Arctic and Antarctic, and extended travels through Asia and Africa, it is Europe’s rich culture, regional cuisine and deeply layered history that continue to inspire her most.

Passionate about matching travellers with the right journey, Nicola loves helping people discover Europe actively - on foot or by bike - at a pace that allows them to truly connect with the landscapes, people and stories along the way.
